Duties
• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
• Managing directly human resources staff: scheduling, conducting interview, hiring and orienting new staff, supervising or conducting training, evaluating and giving appraisals; and ensuring good quality of work.
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant regulation.
• Assist in the recruitment process, liaise with recruitment agencies, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
